The delegation came out with a consensus that with globalization gaining increasing popularity it was becoming very difficult for people around the world to communicate. Different parts of the world have different languages and so there were increasing needs to develop a language, which could be a part of communication between people who have different native language, while not trying to super cede the native language. These languages have also been termed as auxlangs. English is one of such auxlangs.
