Nefer Beads
Bead work, amulet bags and beaded jewelry. Illustrations of peyote stitch, two drop and weaving without a loom. Welcome to the Nefer Beads web site. Where you will see illustrations of beaded jewelry worked with Seed Beads, Delicas and other beads in several different amulet bags and beaded jewelry, in several weaves. Most of the patterns are my own however a couple of them are bead patterns from other beaders. Bead working in peyote stitch is my favorite, either two drop or single. Peyote bead work has been found in Egyptian beadwork. Several forms of beaded jewelry have been found in all ancient cultures not just the American Indian. Beads and beaded jewelry have for centuries been used for trade items.

Wyoming TumbleBeaders Bead Society
Wyoming Tumblebeaders Bead Society is a bead club society serving southeast Wyoming and northeast Colorado. Based in Cheyenne, our location is well suited for those in northeast Colorado and southeast Wyoming. Our interests include beadwork techniques, lampwork beads, and bead research.

Zulu BeadWork
Bead work in the ZULU cultural tradition. Those who have traveled in South Africa and spent some of their time in the province of KwaZulu/Natal, might have been fortunate enough to have seen something of the colorful bead work for which the Zulu in that part of the country are well known. Decorative bead work is sold at many outlets in the region and in major centres throughout the country, where some of these beaded trinkets have been offered to souvenir hunters as "Zulu love letters".
