Sugar free Cheese and Onion Muffins
These savoury, sugar free cheese and onion muffins are absolutely delicious and always a great success. The recipe used is the basic one we suggest, with the addition of grated cheese and chopped, lightly fried onion. Ingredients
• 2 cups self raising flour
• 2 teaspoons of baking powder

• 1 large onion

Method
Preheat your oven to a moderate 200 °C.
