Ingredients
240 g cake flour
20 ml (or 4 teaspoons) of baking powder
375 g sugar
125 ml cocoa powder
60 g butter
3 extra-large eggs
250 ml milk
½ teaspoon salt

Method
You can bake this cake in a single cake tin, but it tastes even better if you split the mixture and bake it in two round cake tins that are about 230 mm in diameter. Then sandwich the two cakes together with butter icing to add texture and taste.
