Cape Malay recipe for boeber

Malays like it sweet and when it comes to boeber, a traditional South African Cape Malay recipe, the taste is so rich and sugary you really do need an extra-sweet tooth. Ingredients
100 g butter
75 ml sago

2 litres milk
100 ml condensed milk

Method

When it has melted, add the vermicelli and toss it so that the butter covers it and it starts to go golden brown. Add the cardamom, cinnamon and the sultanas.
